This is a black steel pull out bed mechanism built from square tubing with several hinged sections.
The top layer is formed by eight parallel cross bars that support the mattress.
Scissor type flat steel links with silver rivets connect the moving parts in the middle of the frame.
A vertical leg at the left side ends in a four hole plate for bolting the mechanism to the sofa.
Small red plastic wheels along the frame help the bed section roll out during conversion.
