The ratchet hinge clicks and holds at set angles between 105 and 190 degrees, letting sofa headrests and armrests be positioned and locked without extra tools.
The central disc joint with an internal ratchet mechanism provides firm angular locking, so the adjusted position stays stable under normal sitting pressure.
The galvanized steel arms with a matte finish resist rust and scratches, and the embossed degree scale and direction arrow make angle selection clear during assembly.
The five mounting holes on the narrow arm and six holes with serrated locating flanges on the wider arm give flexible fixing options for different frame designs.
This flat two arm hinge suits adjustable headrests, armrests and recliner mechanisms where a fixed friction or stepped angle hold is required.
