This assembly pairs a long rectangular steel base plate with a flat circular top plate finished in the same light gray metallic tone.
Four countersunk mounting holes at the corners of the base plate allow the lower section to be fixed flat onto a surface with screws.
A narrow oval slot runs lengthwise through the middle of the base plate, giving room for position adjustment when the assembly is installed.
Four threaded brass stand-offs are spaced symmetrically around the circular top plate, alternating with four plain holes that can accept further fasteners.
A small raised hub in the center of the disc provides two extra fixing points, and the layered construction keeps the whole unit low and compact.
