This assembly combines an industrial gray steel handle bar with a matte black rectangular mounting base.
The handle bar is formed into a trapezoid shaped ring that is welded onto the upper face of the base.
Two round mounting holes sit on the lower part of the base for fixing the unit to a frame.
A long bolt crosses the base and carries a dark coarse coil spring between two large washers.
A hex nut on each end of the bolt clamps the washers and the spring firmly into the assembly.
