Q:What is the warranty period for your products?

All of our products have a one-year warranty. During the guarantee period, if there are any problems with our instrument, we will help you solve it by sending pictures, videos, or free spare parts until things get fixed. Out of guarantee, we will also help you solve the problem, but not including sending free spare parts to your country.
