Can these lights be left on 24 hrs a day?

Yes you can keep the tube lighting 24hours running a day, but 1-2times off will be much better for ligh lifetime

What is recommended for an office?

I think the frosted tube will keep glare down,The clear tube seems to be a bit brighter. Frosted tube lamp for sure,clear tube lamp for workshop

Does this tube bulb sag in the middle?
