Split Core Zero Sequence Current Transformer Earth Fault Leakage Protection CT

The zero-sequence current transformer is mainly used for leakage current and ground fault detection in power systems. It collects unbalanced three-phase zero-sequence current, and works with relay protection devices to realize leakage protection and ground trip early warning. It is widely applied in switch cabinets, distribution boxes, photovoltaic box transformers, charging piles and other scenarios.

Normal accuracy classes include Class 0.5, Class 0.2, and protection class 5P10/10P10. High-precision specifications can be customized according to customers' protection and metering requirements, featuring low error and stable collection of fault signals.

Full-size customization is supported. Standard inner diameters include 30/50/80/100/150/200mm. Split-core, ring-type and square zero-sequence CT can be customized according to customer cable outer diameter and cabinet size.

Split-core type requires no power cut or wire removal, and can be directly clamped on laid cables. It brings convenient construction for reconstruction projects and old cabinet upgrading without power interruption, ideal for maintenance and renovation projects.

Standard warranty is 18 months, all products are fully inspected before delivery. The iron core adopts high-permeability silicon steel sheet, flame-retardant and anti-aging insulating shell, service life can reach more than 15 years under normal working conditions.
