Q:What are your payment terms?

Usual terms are 30% TT deposit and balance against copy of bill of loading. For partners over one year, 20% prepay is accepted. We also accept D/P and LC.

Q:How long is the delivery time?

Stock goods are delivered within 5 days. Production orders under 200 tons take about 20 days after contract sealing. Orders above 200 tons take slightly longer.

Q:Do you allow partial shipments?

Yes, we follow client requests for partial shipments. It is not a problem for us.

Q:What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Stock items start from one piece. Production orders have an MOQ of 3 tons. Prices for MOQ orders may be slightly higher than FCL conditions.

Q:Can I get a sample for quality inspection?

Yes, we provide free samples if the value is under 30 USD (buyer pays express). For samples over 30 USD, buyer pays express plus half the sample value.
