Q:What are your payment terms?

Our usual terms are 30% TT as deposit and balance paid after seeing copy of bill of loading. For clients cooperated for more than one year, we accept 20% prepay. We also do business under D/P and LC terms.
Q:How long is your delivery time?
A:
For goods in stock, we deliver within 5 days. For production orders under 200 tons, delivery is usually within 25 days after sealing contract. Orders above 200 tons take slightly longer.
Q:Can I get a sample for quality inspection before cooperation?
A:
Yes, we provide free samples if the value is not above 30USD (you pay express charge). For samples over 30USD, you pay half the sample value and the express charge, while we afford the other half.
Q:Does your company accept third-party inspection?
A:
Yes, we accept third-party inspections like SGS and BV, especially for new clients concerned about product quality and quantity.
Q:Do you accept annual supply orders?
A:
Yes, we accept annual supply orders where clients place orders at the beginning or specific times of the year, and we supply goods every month or season. We do not charge storage fees but require a percentage of deposit.
