Q:What are your payment terms?
A:
Our usual terms are 30% TT as deposit and the balance paid after seeing the copy of the bill of lading. For clients who have cooperated for more than one year, we accept a 20% prepayment. We also conduct business under D/P and LC terms.
Q:How long is the delivery time?
A:
For goods in stock, we deliver within 5 days. For production orders with a volume not exceeding 200 tons, delivery is usually within 20 days after signing the contract. Orders above 200 tons may take slightly longer.
Q:Can you do partial shipment?
A:
Yes, we follow the client's request regarding partial shipments. Partial shipment is not a problem for us.
Q:What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A:
For goods in stock, the supply starts with one piece. For production orders, the MOQ is 3 tons. Please note that the price based on MOQ may be slightly higher than FCL conditions due to higher unit costs.
Q:Can I get a sample for quality inspection?
A:
Yes, we can provide a free sample if its value is not above 30 USD; you only need to pay the express charge. For samples valued over 30 USD, you pay the express charge and half of the sample value, while we cover the other half.
