Q:What are your payment terms?

Our usual terms are 30% TT deposit and balance against copy of bill of loading. For clients over one year, we accept 20% prepay. We also accept D/P and LC terms.

Q:How long is the delivery time?

Stock goods are delivered within 5 days. Production orders under 200 tons take within 20 days after contract sealing. Orders above 200 tons take slightly longer.

Q:Do you allow partial shipment?

Yes, we follow client requests. Partial shipment is not a problem for us.

Q:What is the Minimum Order Quantity?

For stock goods, MOQ is one piece. For production orders, the MOQ is 3 tons. Prices based on MOQ may be slightly higher than FCL conditions.

Q:Can I get a sample for quality inspection?

We provide free samples if the value is under 30 USD (buyer pays express). For samples over 30 USD, buyer pays express and half the sample value; we cover the other half.
