Our PN series machine wire reels are strictly produced in accordance with the Chinese mechanical industry standard JB/T 7600.5-2008 (plastic machine wire reels). At the same time, our product design and production also refer to multiple specifications including international standards DIN 46395, DIN 46397, DIN 46391, ensuring that its performance and quality can meet the requirements of customers in different markets.

Our PN series wire reels support rated loads from 20kg up to 2700kg. For models above PN300, we use a built-in metal reinforcing rib structure (4/6/12 pieces depending on size), which provides exceptional strength and safety, making our spools suitable for even the heaviest industrial applications.

Absolutely possible. The main body of the PN series reel is made of high-strength ABS engineering plastic injection molding, which has excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance properties. Compared with traditional metal wire reels, it fundamentally avoids the risk of rust and is particularly suitable for humid environments or certain specific production processes, effectively preventing wire contamination caused by rusting of the reel.
