Q:What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

For standard poles: MOQ is 1 piece for trial orders. For custom towers: MOQ depends on design, but we are open to small batches for new partners. Start with a sample order to check our quality.

Q:Can you provide OEM/ODM services?

Yes, our engineering team customizes solutions to your drawings, wind load, and soil conditions. We manufacture to your brand, including custom paint, logos, and designs.

Q:How do you guarantee the quality of your towers?

Quality is our culture. We follow a 3-Stage Quality Control: Raw Material Inspection: Only certified steel (Q235, Q345, ASTM A572 Gr.50) is used. In-Process Inspection: We monitor welding, drilling, and fit-up during production. Final Inspection: 100% dimension and galvanization check (magnetic gauge) before packing. We provide inspection videos/photos for approval.

Q:What is your production lead time?

Typically 15-25 working days post-deposit and drawings. For urgent orders, contact us to prioritize.

Q:What are your payment terms?

Standard term: 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before shipment (or against B/L copy). For large projects, we discuss L/C or flexible terms for cash flow support.
