Q:Will the chopsticks mold during long sea shipping?

Not at all. We strictly control the moisture content between 8%~12% and apply anti-mildew treatment.Even after 40 days in a container, the chopsticks remain dry and mold-free.

Q:Are the chopsticks strong enough? Will they break easily?

Our chopsticks are made from 3~5 year old Moso bamboo, which has a tight fiber structure.

Q:Can you print our restaurant logo on the chopstick wrappers?

Absolutely. We support custom printing on OPP films, kraft paper sleeves, and cartons,woven bags. Just send us your logo file (AI/PDF), and we will provide a free mock-up within 24 hours for your confirmation.

Q:What is your sample policy?

We provide free samples (existing designs) with freight collect. For custom logo samples, a small setup fee applies, which will be deducted from your bulk order. Samples are dispatched within 3~5 days via DHL/UPS/FedEx.
