Do you offer sterilization services?

Gamma ray sterilization is available but must be done at the customer's place by a government-certified professional company, as we cannot perform it ourselves due to safety regulations.

What incoterms do you accept?

We mainly accept EXW, FOB, CIF/CIP, and express/courier based on sea or air freight. For Singapore and west Malaysia customers, we also accept DDP by sea freight.

How are your products packed?

We use double plastic bags to pack the sprayers or bottles, then place them in paper boxes (cartons) for export.

Q:Why don't you use POM or rubber?

POM and rubber can release harmful compounds in certain solutions. Our sprayers achieve excellent performance and leak-proof sealing through precise mold accuracy and production control instead.
