What is the non-ball structure?

Our sprayers have no metallic or glass ball in the pump/valve. This contacting valve design is more controllable and improves atomization for various liquid viscosities.

Where do you export your products?

XJT exports globally to North America, South America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle East, and South Asia.

What Incoterms do you accept?

We mainly accept EXW, FOB, CIF/CIP, and express/courier based on sea, air, and rail transportation.

How do you pack your products?

We use double plastic bags for sprayers or bottles, placed in paper boxes (cartons). Plastic pallets are used if necessary.

Do you offer sterilization services?

Gamma ray sterilization is available but we strongly advise it be done at the customer's place. We cannot perform it ourselves as it requires a government-certified professional company.

What currencies do you accept for payment?

We generally trade in USD. RMB and SGD are also applicable for payments from China and Singapore respectively.

Q:Do your sprayers contain POM or Rubber?

No. XJT sprayers use only food-safe PP, PE, and stainless steel. We do not use POM or Rubber, which are common in other manufacturers but may release harmful compounds.
