Q:What materials are used for the sprayers?

XJT sprayers are made of food-safe plastic PP and PE along with a stainless steel spring. We do not use POM or rubber, unlike many other manufacturers.

Q:Why do you not use POM or rubber in your sprayers?

POM can release harmful compounds in certain solutions, and rubber may also release harmful substances. XJT ensures safety and leakage proof performance through high-precision molds and production control without these materials.

Q:What types of closures are available for the sprayers?

We offer three ways to fit a bottle: Screw on (refillable or tamper evident), Snap on (reopened but difficult), and Crimp on (non-reopened aluminum closure).

Q:Can the products be sterilized before shipment?

Gamma ray sterilization is available, but we strongly advise it be done at the customer's place. XJT cannot perform Gamma ray sterilization internally due to safety regulations.

Q:What are the accepted payment terms and currencies?

We mainly trade in USD, but RMB and SGD are also applicable for payments from China and Singapore respectively. Accepted terms include LC, T/T, D/P, PayPal, Western Union, and small-amount payments.
