Q:Who is the manufacturer?

Our name is Xinjitai (XJT). We are a manufacturer of pharmaceutical fine mist type sprayers and spray bottles, a subclass of pharmaceutical primary packaging materials.

Q:What is the difference between your facilities and standard manufacturers?

Our purification workshop is in the 10,000 level, which is the highest standard currently in China for pharmaceutical sprayers, whereas most Chinese manufacturers use the general 100,000 level.

Q:Why do you not use POM or Rubber in your sprayers?

POM and Rubber can release harmful compounds in certain solutions. XJT sprayers use only food-safe PP, PE, and stainless steel to eliminate these risks while maintaining excellent performance.

Q:What are the available closure types for the sprayers?

There are three ways: Screw on (refillable or tamper evident), Snap on (difficult to reopen), and Crimp on (non-reopened aluminum closure).

Q:Can you perform Gamma ray sterilization?

Gamma ray sterilization is available, but we strongly advise it be done at the customer's place. We cannot perform it ourselves due to safety regulations and the need for government-certified professional companies.
