We offer customized sizes. Slabs range from 180-240cm x 260-280cm with 1.8/2cm thickness. Tiles include 305x305mm, 400x400mm, 457x457mm, and 600x600mm.

Q:What is the standard thickness?

The normal exported thickness is 18mm.

Q:How is the product packaged for shipping?

Tiles are packed in fumigated wooden crates with foamed plastics inside. Slabs are bundled in fumigated wood with L brackets and secured with straps or shrink wrap.

Q:What are the payment terms?

Payment is by T/T with a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% paid within 7 days after confirmation of the copy of the Bill of Lading.

Q:What is the lead time for production?

The off-season lead time is within 15 workdays, while the peak season lead time is one month.
