Q:Which payment terms can you accept?

We normally accept T/T or L/C. For T/T, 30% is required in advance, and 70% balance is paid before delivery or against B/L copy. For L/C, 100% irrevocable LC at sight without soft clauses is accepted.

Yes, STMA can provide customized products according to customer requirements, and both OEM and ODM are acceptable.
Q:What is the warranty period?
A:
We provide a 1-year or 2000 working hours warranty (whichever occurs first). During this period, we repair or replace defective parts free of charge if material or process defects occur.
