Q:What certificates do you have?

STMA forklift meet with the ISO9001:2008 Quality System. All of our products with CE certificate. Some of our products meets the EPA requirements.

Q:What are your advantages compared with other manufactures/factories?

1) Reliable Quality: Carefully select regular manufacturers for supporting spare parts, like engines, bridge, transmissions, and many parts designed and produced by ourselves, always adapting the best materials. 2) Fast Delivery: Generally, we can delivery within 10 working days in factory after receiving pre-payment from customers.

Q:Which payment terms can we accept?

Normally we can work on T/T or L/C. On T/T term, 30% payment is required in advance for production, 70% balance shall be paid before delivery or againes the copy of original B/L for old long cooperation clients. On L/C term, 100% irrevocable LC at sight without 'soft clauses' can be accepted.

Q:Can you provide OEM SERVICE?

STMA can provide customized products according to customers' requirements, both OEM and ODM are acceptable.

Q:What is the warranty period?

1 year or 2000 working hours (which occurs first) period quality warranty, during which we will repair or replace the defective parts free of charge if material or process defects occur and spare parts are in normal working condition.
