Q:What happens if we hit a large rock?
A:
Our piles are compatible with pre-drilling. If you hit a large boulder, you can pre-drill a pilot hole through it, then drive the screw pile into the hole.
Q:Is Q235B steel enough for construction?
A:
For light solar, yes. But for housing or heavy decks, we strictly use Q355B (High Strength) to prevent the tube from twisting during high-torque installation.
Q:Can I install these in winter?
A:
Yes, helical piles can be installed in frozen ground, unlike concrete which cannot cure in sub-zero temperatures.
Q:How do you ensure the welding quality?
A:
We use automatic robot welding. Every batch undergoes a 'Destructive Test' where we rip the helix off to ensure the weld is stronger than the steel itself.
Q:Do you sell the installation machine head?
A:
We sell the mounting brackets (Digga/Eaton compatible) to fit your excavator.
