Returns are not accepted if the machine cannot be put into use due to reasons attributable to the customer. Customized products are non-returnable.
Q:What is the warranty period?

After the product has passed acceptance inspection, the complete machine is covered by a one-year warranty. The motor and electrical components are also covered by a one-year warranty. Damage caused by improper operation and normal wear-and-tear parts are not covered under the warranty.
