AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is a combined manufacturing and sales company focused primarily on toys, with additional handicrafts, plastic products, hardware accessories, daily necessities, stationery, sports equipment, baby products, knitwear, and clothing. It reports product R&D activity, new products in the past year, ODM services, and broad customization options. It also claims OEM service for well-known brands, export experience since 2019, and a high export-sales proportion. BSCI certification, quality assurance, and raw-material traceability are reported. However, the supplier lacks an available SDK, overseas warehouses, overseas showrooms, overseas agents or branches, and valid contracts with related subcontractors. Its corrective-action and complaint-handling processes lack written procedures or records, while its assessment procedure for service capability is also undocumented.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as a combined company and conducts production and sales of toys, while also selling a broad range of consumer and industrial-related products. Its stated business scope includes import and export of goods and technology, indicating a manufacturer-trader profile rather than a purely trading entity.

CertificationsThe supplier reports holding BSCI certification for its management systems. The provided information does not identify the certification scope, issuing body, validity period, or any additional management-system certifications.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier states that it has quality assurance and raw-material traceability, which support product-quality management. However, it reports no written procedures or records for customer complaint handling or corrective and preventive actions, so formal after-sales issue-management capability is not demonstrated.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports that it had new products during the past year and provides ODM services, indicating active product-development capability. It also explicitly reports that no SDK is available, which limits evidence of software or developer-interface capability but does not negate its product R&D capacity.

Production capacityThe supplier reports manufacturing activity, in-stock capability, peak-season lead time of one month, off-season lead time within 15 working days, export operations since 2019, and FOB access through Shantou or Shenzhen. Nevertheless, it states that neither the factory nor related subcontractors have valid manufacturing-capacity contracts, creating a documented weakness in production-governance assurance.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. It also reports ODM services, providing direct evidence of broad customization and design-support capability.

Client casesThe supplier reports providing OEM services for well-known brands and participating in the MEGA SHOW trade fair. These statements indicate some brand-serving and market-exposure experience, but no specific customer names, project descriptions, order outcomes, or verifiable case details are provided.
