Customers can choose round, hexagon, cinquefoil, or other custom shapes. The sticks can be made with or without a hole in the center.
Q:What is the warranty period and coverage?
A:
We provide a 1-year warranty. Free replacement parts are offered for non-artificial damage within 12 months. After 12 months, customers cover freight and accessory costs.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
Standard terms are 30% TT in advance and 70% TT before shipment. Other methods can be discussed and agreed upon by both parties.
Q:Does the price include freight?
A:
Our usual price is based on FOB Shanghai. If you require CIF pricing, please provide your delivery port for a quotation.
