This is an automatic transformer rectifier for impressed current cathodic protection (ICCP system). It provides stable DC output to prevent underground pipelines, storage tanks, marine steel structures from electrochemical corrosion.

A:
It reverses the corrosion potential of metal steel, turning the protected structure into cathode to stop rusting, greatly extend service life of metal facilities, cut maintenance cost.
Q:What structures can your rectifier protect?
A:
Buried oil/gas pipelines, underground water supply pipelines, chemical storage tanks, wharf steel piles, offshore platforms, underground steel pipe networks, bridge steel foundations.
Q:Is this suitable for coastal salt fog environment?
A:
Standard paint cabinet can be used inland; for coastal marine projects, we suggest upgrade to 316 stainless steel cabinet with anti-salt fog coating to extend service life.
Q:What is the protection range per set?
A:
Depends on soil resistivity, coating integrity and equipment power. Our power range: 0.5A~100A, 0~120V, customized capacity available. We will match suitable model according to your project data.Every unit passes full factory test including transformation ratio, no-load loss, load loss, withstand voltage, insulation resistance and temperature rise test, factory test report is supplied. We can apply CE, ISO, KUCAS, SASO certificates for customs clearance and tender bidding.
