The production cycle for standard models is 25-35 working days; for customized products, it is 35-50 working days. We will provide a detailed production schedule after you place your order.

Q:Can I customize transformer specifications?

Customization is available for capacity, voltage ratio, tap-changer, winding material, connection group, accessories and painting color to meet EPC project requirements.

Q:What tests will be carried out before shipment?

Each unit undergoes full-range factory tests including ratio test, winding resistance test, insulation test, no-load & load-loss test, high-voltage withstand test. Factory test report can be supplied.

Q:Can you send engineers for on-site installation guidance?

Remote video technical guidance can be provided. If it is necessary to send engineers to overseas sites, the cost, visa and travel arrangements will be negotiated separately by both parties.
