Q:Do you conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) before shipment?

Yes, every transformer undergoes comprehensive factory acceptance testing at our factory before delivery. FAT includes standard tests according to IEC 60076 standards, such as insulation resistance, turns ratio, short-circuit impedance, no-load/load losses, etc. We can also provide witnessing from third-party organizations (such as SGS, BV, etc.) if needed.
Q:What cooling mechanisms and protection accessories are included with the transformer?
A:
No-Load Loss: 1.7 kW - 1.9 kW.
Load Loss (75C): 18 kW - 19.5 kW.
Customization: Full copper windings and cores tailored to EU Tier 2 or EcoDesign or IEEE standards.
Q:What protection devices are included with the transformer?
A:
It uses ONAN cooling and includes an oil temperature indicator, a pressure relief valve, a Buchholz relay, and an oil level gauge.
