What is the policy for defective or damaged sofas?

We promise replace if discrepancy as long as you send photos. Our quality control staff inspects all sofa bed during the manufacturing process to ensure they pass our quality standards. Any faulty product resulting from problems during the production process will be replaced. In the event you receive any item from us which is faulty, incorrect or damaged, please contact us and send us your pictures as soon as possible. We will endeavor to understand the cause and offer a solution.

Two kinds of Package for your choice: 1) 5 layers of standard export brown carton+EPE foam. 2) Bubble bag +white polyester bag. Buyer design for package is acceptable.
