AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is presented as a manufacturer of far-infrared and outdoor saunas, related therapy products, ice buckets, and wooden containers, with stated production, R&D, sales, and service functions. It offers 3D design, ODM/OEM, and broad customization services. Quality procedures, complaint handling, corrective actions, finished-product inspection, and supplier-management procedures are documented. However, the information states no new products in the past year, no SDK, no raw-material traceability identification, no valid manufacturing contract with affiliated subcontractors, and only one year of export experience. Certification, financial strength, and named customer cases are not sufficiently evidenced.

Supplier typeThe supplier is described as a manufacturer and high-tech enterprise integrating production, R&D, sales, and service, specializing in far-infrared saunas, outdoor saunas, barrel saunas, ice buckets, and related products. Its stated business scope also includes graphite and carbon products, Class I and II medical-device sales, and wooden-container manufacturing and sales.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier states that it manages after-sales service as part of its operating process and has documented, followed procedures for customer complaints and corrective and preventive actions. It also reports inventory capability, but has no overseas warehouse or overseas showroom; the evidence supports structured service handling but not comprehensive overseas support.

Production capacityProduction equipment includes a cutting machine, four-sided planer, polishing machine, cold pressing machine, and spray-painting room. The supplier has documented finished-product inspection and supplier-management procedures, inventory capability, and a one-month stated lead time in both peak and off seasons; however, it lacks a valid manufacturing contract with affiliated subcontractors, which is a stated control gap.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers 3D software design, ODM and OEM services, and customization from samples, designs, full customization, flexible customization, and minor customization. These multiple stated service options provide direct evidence of broad customization capability.
