The overall warranty is 1 year, while core components (traction machines, control cabinets, safety gears, speed governors) are covered for 5 years. It covers manufacturing defects and installation issues, excluding improper operation or natural disasters. Maintenance and parts costs are borne by us during the warranty period.

Q:Are the elevator wire ropes durable?

Yes. The tensile strength of the wire rope is greater than the lift's weight, with a safety factor of more than four. This ensures they will not break at the same time.

Q:Is it dangerous if power fails suddenly during operation?

No. Electrical and mechanical safety devices cause the elevator to stop automatically. Brakes engage immediately during power failure. Planned outages are also communicated in advance.
