We provide full-process installation services. For installation by local teams, we will provide a detailed installation manual (including graphic and video tutorials) and arrange for technical personnel to provide remote guidance to ensure that the installation process complies with relevant standards.

We promise a 48-hour after-sales response: If the malfunction can be resolved through remote troubleshooting (such as abnormal electrical parameters), the technical personnel will guide the customer's operation and maintenance personnel through video or phone calls within 12 hours.
