Q:What is the warranty period for exported elevators?

The overall warranty period is 1 year. Core components (traction machines, control cabinets, safety gears, speed governors) are covered for 5 years. Manufacturing defects and installation issues are covered, but not damages from improper operation or natural disasters. Maintenance and replacement costs are borne by us without labor fees.

Q:Are the elevator wire ropes durable?

Yes. The tensile strength of the wire rope is greater than the weight of the lift. A safety factor of more than four is equipped, so the ropes won't break at the same time.

Q:Is it dangerous if power fails suddenly during operation?

No. The elevator will automatically stop due to electrical and mechanical safety devices. Brakes will automatically engage. Planned outages also come with prior notice.

Q:Will passengers be hurt if the door closes suddenly?

No. If people touch the hall door during closing, it will automatically restart. An anti-clamping switch prevents closing and reopens the gate if touched. Closing force is also controlled.

Q:How does the elevator run?

Elevators are operated with a counterweight wire rope through a traction drive, moving up and down on the guide rail.
