The overall warranty period is 1 year, while core components (traction machines, control cabinets, safety gears, speed governors) are covered for 5 years. It covers manufacturing defects and installation issues but excludes improper operation or natural disasters. Maintenance and replacement costs are borne by us without labor fees.

Q:Are the elevator wire ropes durable?

Yes. The tensile strength of the wire rope is greater than the weight of the lift, and the safety factor is equipped with more than four wire ropes. Therefore, they won't break at the same time.

Q:Is it dangerous for power failure suddenly during the elevator running?

No. If power failure occurs, the elevator will automatically stop due to electrical and mechanical safety devices. Elevator brakes will automatically take effect. Additionally, planned outages are notified in advance.
