Good Sealing Tumbler Screen Machine for Printer Toners

The tumbler screen imitates manual horizontal swing screening motion. The eccentric drive device drives the screen frame to make slow horizontal circular tumbling movement. Materials spread evenly on the mesh, and particles smaller than the mesh pass through the screen, while large impurities stay on the upper layer, realizing multi-layer precise grading with low mesh blocking rate.

Widely used for granular and powder materials: Chinese herbal slices & powder, spice (chili, cumin, pepper), grain flour, food granules, plastic particles, mineral sand, chemical raw materials. It handles sticky, fibrous, light materials better than ordinary rotary vibrating screens.

It supports 1-5 layers of screen mesh. Single machine can separate 2-6 different sizes of materials in one screening process, meeting multi-grade classification requirements for food and herbal processing factories.

All contact parts are 304 stainless steel, smooth without dead corners, fully sealed dust-free structure. Easy to disassemble and clean, compliant with international food and pharmaceutical sanitation regulations.

Gentle horizontal tumbling movement will not squeeze viscous materials hard against the mesh. Equipped with bouncing ball anti-blocking device, fibrous herb fragments and sticky spice powder will not stick to the screen, supporting long-time continuous production.
