Q:What materials can your spiral screw conveyor transport?
A:
It is suitable for powder and small granular materials, such as flour, grain, feed pellets, food powder, chemical raw materials, quartz sand. Not recommended for sticky, large lump or high moisture easy-caking materials.
Q:Can I customize the conveying length and pipe diameter?
A:
Yes. We support customized length, pipe diameter (114mm/165mm/219mm/273mm etc.), conveying angle according to your site requirements. Our standard model is LS-219-3000.
Q:What material options are available for the machine?
A:
Two main options: Contact parts SUS304 stainless steel (for food, chemical industry, clean material) Carbon steel (for general industrial raw materials, cost-effective)
Q:Does the screw feeder support speed adjustment?
A:
Yes. We can equip VFD variable frequency drive to adjust conveying capacity freely. If you do not need speed control, fixed-speed motor is optional to save cost.
Q:Is the machine sealed? Will there be dust leakage?
A:
The whole machine adopts sealed structure. With packing seal or mechanical seal at both ends, effectively avoid dust overflow, suitable for dust-free workshop.
