Q:How many layers can an ultrasonic vibrating sieve have at most?
A:
It is recommended to use 1-3 layers; if there are too many layers, the excitation force will be significantly weakened by the time it reacp, resulting in poor material dispersion and unfavorable screening.
Q:If the screen is damaged, can the user replace it themselves?
A:
For ultrasonic mesh frames, users can purchase dedicated mesh bonding fixtures, and we will provide written and video tutorials for mesh bonding; alternatively, they can purchas new frames. Since the screens are thin and prone to wear, it is recommended to purchase spare frames when purchasing the equipment.
