Question 1

Why do you charge a sample fee?

Accepted Answer

We need to order materials for customized designs, pay for printing and embroidery, and cover designer salaries. Paying the sample fee establishes a contract where we take responsibility for the samples until you approve them.

Question 2

How much is the sample fee?

Accepted Answer

The fee is usually 60 to 100 USD, depending on the sample complexity. It may be higher if there are many embroideries or printings.

Question 3

Is the sample fee refunded when an order is placed?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if your order amount is more than 10,000 USD, the sample fee will be refunded to you.

Question 4

How can I get free samples?

Accepted Answer

When your trade value reaches 50,000 USD, you become a VIP customer, and all your samples will be free with shorter sample times.

Question 5

What is the sample time?

Accepted Answer

It is 5-7 days according to the different samples. If you want the samples urgently, it can be done within three days.

Question 6

If I send my own samples to you, should I pay the sample fee?

Accepted Answer

No, once we promise you that we can duplicate the sample for you, you will not pay any fees anymore.

Question 7

How about the sample freight?

Accepted Answer

If you have an international express account, you can choose freight collect. If not, you can pay the freight together with the sample fee.

Do you have a competitive price?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer competitive prices. You can try our products to see the value.
