Rolled welded wire mesh is manufactured by full-auto digital spot welding, horizontal and vertical wires are fused at high temperature for solid full solder joints. Heavy-gauge galvanized welded wire mesh resists pulling and impact without wire separation under normal use, much better than inferior wire mesh.

PVC coated welded wire mesh adopts integrated dipping process, the PVC layer tightly adheres to inner galvanized steel wire with strong adhesion, no peeling under long sun and rain exposure, the smooth-surface wire mesh avoids massive PVC layer falling off.

PVC coated welded wire mesh is ideal for coastal high-salt areas. Its galvanized base plus PVC double anti-corrosion layer withstands salt spray, while plain galvanized mesh fits dry inland sites for longer service life.
