Q:What materials are used for the wetted parts, and are they resistant to strong acids?
A:
All wetted parts are made of high-purity 3.3 borosilicate glass (GG-17) and high-grade PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene). They offer excellent resistance to strong acids (except hydrofluoric acid) and organic solvents, completely eliminating metal ion contamination risks.
Q:What is the vacuum stability of the jacketed glass reactor?
A:
Our reactors feature a high-precision PTFE sealing system that ensures long-term high vacuum stability up to -0.098MPa(3mbar), making them ideal for high-boiling point distillation and vacuum concentration.
Q:Can the low-temperature thermostatic circulating bath control external systems?
A:
Yes. Our thermostatic baths support both internal and external circulation. They can be optionally equipped with an extended external PT100 temperature sensor to accurately monitor and control the temperature of external systems like jacketed reactors.
Q:Are your reactors and baths safe for hazardous or flammable chemical environments?
A:
Yes. The system can be configured with explosion-proof (EX-rated) agitator motors and spark-free electrical components upon request, ensuring complete safety during operations involving flammable solvents or organic synthesis.
