Q:How fast is the shuffling speed and will it make loud noise?

One complete shuffling cycle takes 25-30 seconds. The silent motor and shock absorption structure keep operating noise below 60dB, preventing disturbance.
Q:Can the machine work continuously for a long time?
A:
It supports long-term high-frequency commercial operation. However, it is recommended to pause for 10 minutes after 4 hours of continuous work to prolong service life.
Q:Why do cards get jammed during shuffling? How to solve it?
A:
Jams are usually caused by warped, bent, or oversized cards. Turn off power, remove deformed cards, clean the internal slot and dust, then restart with flat, standard cards.
Q:The shuffler cannot power on or does not work after startup?
A:
Check if the power adapter is tightly connected or replace the power supply. For battery models, replace new batteries. If issues persist, contact customer service for support.
