Q:What is your MOQ and bulk tier pricing for wholesale orders

Our standard MOQ is 1 full 20GP container; larger orders(long-term contract)enjoy extra volume discounts. We also support mixed color/size loading in one container for new wholesalers to test market.

Q:How do you pack slabs for sea freight? Are wooden packages fully fumigated for customs clearance?

We provide 3 packaging solutions: fumigated solid wood frame, fumigated wooden pallet, iron metal rack. All wooden packaging carries official fumigation certificate to pass customs inspection of EU, US, Australia and other strict quarantine regions; iron racks have no quarantine risks for faster delivery.

Q:If slabs arrive cracked or damaged during transit, whats your compensation policy and lead time for replacement?

We provide compensation for breakage within the coverage of our packaging guarantee. Please send us clear photos or videos of the damaged goods within 48 hours after container unloading. Replacement slabs are given priority on the production line, with a lead time of only 7-10 working days. For long-term wholesale partners, we can reserve spare slabs in advance to prevent delays.
