Q:What is the working principle of the filter press?
A:
Sludge flows into the filter cylinder and moves forward under the thrust from the screwshaft. The space between screw blades gets narrower, increasing inner pressure to squeeze out liquid. The dry solid is pushed to the sludge cake outlet.
