Industrial Continuous Flue Stack Emission Gas Monitoring Analyzer System with Cems Module

This system monitors sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides,carbon monoxide,particulate matter, as well as auxiliary parameters including temperature, pressure, flow velocity, humidity, and oxygen . A data acquisition unit communicates with environmental protection agency data systems.

This system is widely used for flue gas emission monitoring from various industrial pollution sources, including boilers, brick kilns, petrochemical plants, chemical plants, printing, automotive, coating, and rubber industries.

The system uses a condensation-based direct extraction method with high-temperature heat tracing. An ultraviolet differential optical absorption spectroscopy (DOAS) technique is employed, combined with holographic grating light splitting and a diode array detector to obtain a complete continuous absorption spectrum for accurate measurement.

The system features two-stage condensation for rapid water removal and cooling, which reduces sulfur dioxide loss. The sampling probe uses multi-stage dust filtration combined with timed back-flushing to effectively prevent probe clogging, ensuring reliable operation under severe conditions.

The system supports automatic zero calibration and provides multiple alarms, including range over-limit alarms, humidity alarms, sampling probe temperature abnormality alarms, condenser temperature abnormality alarms, heating temperature abnormality alarms, and general fault alarms.
