AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryFoshan Yichuang Furniture Co., Ltd. is a China-based limited company established in 2018, with 52 employees, three production lines, and stated product output across tables, covers, chairs, stages, dance floors, and trolleys. It offers extensive customization, reports new products within the past year, and has two R&D engineers. The supplier has substantial export experience, with exports representing 90% of sales and 14 years of exporting. It supports inventory, multiple quotation and payment terms, and has participated in the China Import and Export Fair. However, several controls lack documented records, including supplier approval, corrective actions, customer complaints, finished-product inspection, and service-capability assessment. It does not provide ODM services, OEM services for popular brands, overseas warehouses, overseas showrooms, overseas agents or branches, or an available SDK. No explicit certification information, customer cases, or sufficient financial performance evidence is provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as Foshan Yichuang Furniture Co., Ltd., a combined business entity and limited company operating in Guangdong, China. It was established on 2018-02-12 and has 52 employees, providing a clear legal and organizational profile.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports new products within the past year and has two R&D engineers, supporting an active product-development capability. However, it has no available SDK and does not provide ODM services, so its innovation capability is established but limited in the areas explicitly assessed.

Production capacityThe supplier operates three production lines, has six to ten quality-control staff, provides stated output quantities for several furniture-related products, and offers in-stock capacity. It also reports peak-season lead time of one month and off-season lead time within 15 workdays, but lacks a valid manufacturing-capacity contract with related subcontractors and has inspection instructions without written records.

Customization capabilityBoth design-service records explicitly list customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. This consistent evidence demonstrates broad customization coverage, although the supplier does not provide ODM services.
