If the existing casing remains suitable for continued use, the internal structure and components can be redesigned, replaced, or upgraded.

Please provide the equipment general arrangement or available drawings, manufacturer and model if known, photos of the existing components and connection details, key dimensions, material requirements, quantity, and any available samples. For system evaluation, we also require actual operating data rather than nominal data wherever possible.

The key data normally include the actual inlet flue gas flow rate, filtration velocity, inlet gas temperature, current outlet emission concentration, and the required emission target. The flue gas flow rate should reflect actual operating conditions, because standard-condition data may not accurately represent site performance.

We can evaluate replacement parts for equipment from different manufacturers and production periods. The first step is to review the equipment general arrangement and identify the original structure. We then assess connection details, installation dimensions, operating conditions, and the condition of the existing casing before confirming whether a compatible replacement is feasible.
