Q:Do you offer OEM/ODM services?

Yes. We provide both OEM (customizing based on your tech pack/samples) and ODM (modifying our existing designs) services. We can add your logo to the garments and packaging.
Q:Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
A:
Absolutely. We strongly recommend ordering samples to check the quality, fabric, and fit first. The sample fee will be refunded once your bulk order reaches a certain quantity (usually 300 pcs).
Q:What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A:
For custom designs, our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style, with mixed sizes allowed (e.g., S/M/L/XL). For ready-made stock items, the MOQ is lower, usually 50 pieces.
Q:What are your payment terms?
A:
We require a 30% deposit via T/T (Bank Transfer) or PayPal to start production, and the remaining 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners, we may discuss other arrangements.
