There is no MOQ limitation for most products. We can provide free samples as long as you are willing to afford the delivery charge.
Q:How long does it take to produce samples?
A:
Sample lead time is 4 to 10 days depending on the design, or 7 days after confirming the picture proof (artwork).
Q:What is the production lead time for mass orders?
A:
Mass production takes less than 14 days for quantities under 5,000 pcs (medium size). Specifically, 10-15 days for 1,000-2,000 pcs after confirming samples.
Q:What payment methods do you accept?
A:
We accept T/T, PayPal, and Western Union. For high-value orders, we also accept L/C payment. Terms are 30% deposit and balance before shipment.
Q:Can I customize the size and logo of the pins?
A:
Yes, size is as per your requirement. Logo can be soft/hard enamel color, silkscreen/offset printing, laser, engraved, or embossed. We accept Pantone color references.
