Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil and covered with plastic film for protection. If you prefer wooden box packing, there may be an additional cost.

Yes, our engineers can go to the customer's factory for installation. The buyer should prepare the necessary materials for testing the machine in advance and bear the cost of the supplier's technicians, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and wages. The cost is USD 120 per person per day, starting from the date of work commencement until their arrival at the factory.
