50A 4-Wire Active Harmonic Filter (APF) Module, Neutral Current Compensation, 400V

A 7% reactor tunes the circuit to about 190 Hz and suits sites whose dominant harmonics are the 5th order and above. A 14% reactor tunes to about 134 Hz and suits sites with significant 3rd-order harmonics from single-phase loads such as LED lighting and computers. A smart capacitor module integrates the capacitor, zero-crossing switch, controller and protection in one unit, so it needs no separate contactor or central controller and compensates automatically per phase or in three phases. One controller can manage up to 30 modules, and the switching unit is tested to 2 million cycles.

SVG provides dynamic reactive power from -100% to +100% and three-phase balancing; APF filters 2nd to 50th order harmonics in real time (efficiency above 95%). Many projects use both together. Send your harmonic and load data and we will confirm the configuration.

YIDEK's YD-R dry-type self-healing capacitors use metallized polypropylene film with no liquid medium: they are lighter, have lower losses, avoid oil leaks, and discharge to below 75 V within 150 seconds of disconnection. For most low-voltage PFC applications we recommend the dry-type, self-healing range; oil-immersed designs remain an option for specific legacy or high-voltage cases.
